Terms & rules

General

• DTS Land is a marketplace for jewellery design files, print orders, assays, courses and design work, operated under the laws of Iran.
• Accounts are registered with the owner's own mobile number; the owner is responsible for all activity on the account.
• Unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or content that infringes others' rights, is not allowed.

Buyers

• A purchased file may be used only by the buyer and only under the licence of that product.
• Sharing or reselling purchased files is not allowed.

Sellers

• Sellers must own or hold the right to sell every file they list.
• The site's commission is deducted from each sale under the seller's plan or agreement.
• Signing the seller agreement is required.

Copyright & file licences

• Copying, lightly modifying or reselling others' files is not allowed and leads to removal and account suspension.

Payments, wallet & refunds

• Digital products cannot be returned after download unless faulty or clearly different from the description.
• DTC tokens are site credit.

3D printing & casting

• Print prices depend on weight, material and quantity and are confirmed before work starts.

Assay & laboratories

• Assay results are issued by the recording laboratory, which is responsible for them.

Design orders & freelancing

• Project payments are held in escrow until the client approves the delivery; disputes are decided by the site's arbiter.

Courses

• Only approved instructors publish courses; access is personal and permanent.

Advertising

• Ads are reviewed before they run; only real impressions or clicks are charged.

Stories & member content

• Stories must be relevant and respectful; inappropriate content may be removed.

Intellectual property & copyright

Ownership

• Every file, design, image, text and course belongs to its creator and is protected by copyright law.
• By uploading a file, a seller confirms they created it or hold the right to sell it.
• The DTS Land name, marks, page design, code and features belong to the site; copying or rebuilding them without written permission is forbidden.

Using purchased files

• Buying a file grants a licence to use it under that product's licence; it does not transfer ownership.
• Republishing, reselling, sharing or uploading a file elsewhere (even slightly changed) is forbidden.

Reporting infringement

• A rights holder or their agent can use the “Copyright claim” button on any file page to describe the original work.
• After review the infringing file is taken down and the seller is told; the seller may respond with evidence.
• The site detects duplicate files across sellers automatically.
• Repeated infringement leads to account suspension and, where needed, legal action.
• A knowingly false claim is itself a violation and the claimant is responsible for it.

Privacy

• Personal data is used only to provide the site's services and is not shared except as required by law.
